More than 14 years in Management, 6 years in Fintech, 4 years in Finance and Audit

With Master Degree in Public Finance and Taxation and Bachelor Degree in Management, as an established and dedicated Manager with a passion for Building and Developing entities and teams, Fintech products, Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management, Team Leadership & Coaching, Operations Management, and Problem Identification & Resolution, I had passed progressed through a series of roles over more than 14 years, in providing my best in developing different products.

Together with the TEAMS I worked with, I developed several fintech products, managed 2 business entities, and 2 Non-Profit Organisations, and developed features and business operations in the EU, Ukraine, and UK. I believe that GDPR, PSD2, and User Experience are the core of any fintech product.

Throughout my career, I have made it my priority to coordinate teams, build and implement strategic roadmaps, to utilize current technologies and new techniques to drive elegant, creative solutions across a range of projects. Comfortable in both collaborative and independent roles, I offer refined analytical and critical thinking skills. I can adapt and revise my strategies to meet evolving priorities, shifting needs, and emergent issues.

Combining my business acumen and extensive technical background, I am able to devise strategic administrative, hiring, and IT roadmaps that align business and technical requirements while ensuring risks are mitigated.
